you have 3 simple ways to book your appointment in the Medical Network:

1	Direct Booking: confirm that the Provider is part of the network, contact them directly, and identify yourself as a VICTORIA Client.
2	Customer Care Line: call the Customer Care Line, identify yourself as a VICTORIA Client, and an assistant will help you choose and book with the Provider, providing the estimated cost.
3	Customer Portal: log in to the Customer Portal, click on the icon in the top left corner and select "book appointment".
